About Our Department
Chemistry is a fundamental science that helps engineers design and develop new products and processes, and improve existing ones. The department of chemistry, NTU is established in November 2022. At that time, Daw Nwe Ni Oo, Associate Professor served as the head of the department. In current situation, Dr. Ei Ei Phoo is a lecturer and Daw Yin Swe Theint is an assistant lecturer as a department member. Chemistry department, NTU aims to acquaint the students with the basic phenomenon/ concepts of chemistry, the student face during course of their study in the industry and Engineering field.
